Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), hereby informs that on 4 th of April 2024, the Company's Supervisory Board approved the conclusion of several allotment agreements for 2024 with TUI Group companies (TUI UK Limited, TUI Sverige AB, TUI Belgium N.V., TUI Netherland N.V., TUI Deutschland GmbH) with a total estimated value of EUR 11,430,000 for facilities owned and managed by Valamar, of which EUR 6,645,000 accounts for the Company.
