Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN), the London Stock Exchange listed company, announces that the exclusivity period originally announced on 19 April 2023  with Technology Metals Market ("TM2") under the terms of the LOI executed between the parties, has now lapsed.  While TM2's formal exclusivity rights have expired, the Company continues active discussions with TM2 regarding a potential RTO involving Curzon, while the Company is also now able to explore alternative RTO opportunities and transactions.  Additional announcements will be made in due course.
