JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders today:
