Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc today announces that, following the announcement made by it on 18 May 2023, applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for a total of 28,300,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").
It is expected that Admission will take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 26 May 2023.
