TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

On 24 May 2023 Personal Assets Trust plc ("the Company") bought 150,000 of its own ordinary shares of 12.50p to be held in Treasury at an average price of 474.10p each. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 392,805,200 ordinary shares, of which 1,385,000 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Personal Assets Trust plc is 391,420,200.

The above figure (391,420,200) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
