ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC SHARES RESTORED TO TRADING
LONDON, United Kingdom and TORONTO, Ontario, Canada 22 May 2023 - Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi") today announces that the Financial Conduct Authority has restored the Company's ordinary shares of £0.01 each to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 15:30hrs BST on 22 May 2023.
