- Decisions to begin a merging procedure of Nova hrvatska banka PLC

Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. (hereafter: the Bank), informs the investment public that decisions were made to initiate the merging process of its subsidiary Nova hrvatska banka PLC with headquarters in Zagreb, Varšavska ulica 9, registered in the court register at Commercial court in Zagreb under the number 080126398, Personal identification number: 78427478595, EUID: HRSR.080126398, at which the Bank is the only shareholder.

Decisions were made following the Decision of the Bank's General Assembly dated August 29, 2022, by which the Bank's General Assembly expressed its opinion that it approves the process of the legal and business merger by acquisition of Nova hrvatska banka PLC and the implementation of further expected activities for the completion of the merger process. The investment public had previously been informed about the decision of the General Assembly through the notice on the held General Assembly and adopted decisions, which were published on the stock exchange on August 29, 2022.

The Bank will publish all notices related to the merger procedure to shareholders on its official website www.hpb.hr.

The Bank will promptly inform the investment public about all further important events within the merger process.
