Hyve Group plc (the "Company")

Listing Application

Applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority for a listing of 6,445,257 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities.

The Ordinary Shares to be listed will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options held under the following Company share plans:

·    the Hyve Group plc Value Creation Plan 2021; and

·    the Hyve Group plc Employee's Performance Share Plan 2014.

The listing is expected to take effect at 08:00 am on 19 May 2023.
