The Company announces that it has been informed that David Lis, Non-executive Director, today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 484.756 pence per Share, and 10,000 Shares at a price of 481.852 pence per Share.
