Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), according to Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 dated 10 March 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council notifies that on 7 December 2022 has received the notification from the company SATIS d.o.o. from Zagreb, Miramarska 24, regarding acquirement of 22,649 shares of the company Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon weighted average price of all transactions of 28.50 HRK.

The shares were acquired on 7 December 2022 at organized market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., Zagreb.
