Grant of Awards of Shares to Directors under the Hilton Food Group Long-Term Incentive Plan 2019.
Awards will normally vest on 15 May 2026 subject to continued employment and meeting performance conditions covering the three financial years 2023-2025. The performance conditions comprise:
