We hereby inform you, as the aforementioned Issuer of the Shares which have been introduced to the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, that today, October 14th, 2022, we have delivered to the following authorities:

a Notice on the release of own shares in accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act. Span d.d. released 2.254 of own shares, in accordance with conditions published in the Prospectus regarding the Public Offer and listing of shares on the Regulated market and which refers to the allocation of Additional Shares that the Issuer will allocate to an individual Employee in accordance with the ESOP program.

Prior to the said release, Span d.d owned 23.490 of own shares, representing 1.1985% of the share capital. After the said release and as at the date of this Notice, Span d.d owns a total of 21.236 of own shares, representing 1.0835 % of the share capital. Share capital of Span d.d. amounts to HRK 19,600,000.00 and is divided into 1,960,000 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of HRK 10.00, under security code SPAN-R-A and ISIN code HRSPANRA0007.
