Informa (LSE: INF.L) announces that with effect from 18 May 2023, Helen Owers, Non-Executive Director of Informa PLC will become a Non-Executive Director of Vistry Group PLC.

Helen completes her term as a Non-Executive Director at Informa this year and will not be seeking re-election at Informa's AGM on 15 June.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules.
