(hereafter: the Bank), informs the investment public that due to optimization and business processes improvement within the HPB Group, the Bank is beginning a merging process of its subsidiary Pronam Nekretnine d.o.o. with headquarters in Zagreb, Varšavska ulica 9, signed into a court register at Commercial court in Zagreb under the number 0080413774, Personal identification number: 52440723676, within which the Bank holds all the shares.

The Bank will publish all notices related to the merger procedure to shareholders on its official website www.hpb.hr.

The Bank will promptly inform the investment public about all further important events within the merger process.
