Notification of transactions by PDMR and PCA Dealing

Triad Group Plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Ordinary Shares of the Company concerning persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them ("PCAs"), which took place on 24 April 2023.

Alistair Fulton, Senior non-Executive Director, has acquired a total of 160,740 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration. Following this transaction, Mr Fulton has a total beneficial interest in 497,780 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.00% of the current share capital of the Company.

Eileen Fulton (being a person closely associated with Senior non-Executive Director, Alistair Fulton) has disposed of 160,740 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration, being her entire shareholding in the Company.

The total number of shares in issue in the share capital of the Company, following the above transfer, remained unchanged at 16,582,663 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each.
