The Company announces that it has today issued 209,697 of its ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its scrip dividend scheme as announced on 5 April 2023.
The Company confirms that as at 5 May 2023, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 556,415,230 Ordinary Shares with each Ordinary Share carrying one voting right.
