Following the award on 3 April 2023 of 207,784 ordinary shares of 1p to Neil Ash for amounts foregone from a previous employer, the Company was notified on the 5 May 2023 that on 19 April 2023 the following transaction took place:

Neil Ash, Chief Executive Officer as laid out below sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities with the balance being retained.
