Board changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Board announces that, having served for eight years and four months, Russell Edey will retire from his position as Senior Non-executive director and chairman of the Fund's Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 4th May 2023. It is the intention that Julian Healy will replace Russell as chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and Torsten Koster will replace Russell as Senior Non-executive director.

There are no other details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
