JUST GROUP PLC Directorate changes

On 5 January 2023 Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group") announced that Mary Phibbs, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group would become Chair of the Group, JRL and PLACL Audit Committees ("Audit Chair") at the conclusion of the Group's Annual General Meeting ("2023 AGM") on 9 May 2023, subject to regulatory approval. The Group also announced that, Paul Bishop, the current Audit Chair, would retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the 2023 AGM and he would not seek re-election.

The regulatory approval process for Mary Phibbs' appointment as Audit Chair is ongoing. Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Board have therefore approved the appointment of Paul Bishop as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group and Audit Chair with effect from 9 May 2023 following the conclusion of the 2023 AGM. Paul Bishop will continue as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair until the authorisation process for Mary Phibbs is complete to provide continuity and ensure a smooth transition.

There is no further information with regards to Paul Bishop which requires disclosure pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
