Completion of third tranche of share repurchase programme

28 April 2023: Kingfisher plc (the "Company" or "Kingfisher") announces that the third tranche of the £300 million share repurchase programme announced on 23 May 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

BNP Paribas Exane, who undertook the third tranche on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 24 November 2022), purchased 20,614,848 shares for a total consideration of £50 million. As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £200 million of the £300 million share repurchase programme.

Further details on the fourth tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
