Temporary Suspension

The Board of Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LSE: CMRS) announces that the Company will not publish its audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2022 by 30 April 2023 ("FY22 Accounts") as required by the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 4.1.3. 

The Company has been delayed in the preparation of its annual results as a result of delays to information required by the auditors from a third party.

The Company has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority for its shares to be temporarily suspended from trading with effect from 2 May 2023. The Company anticipates publishing its FY22 Accounts in the coming weeks.
