Availability of the annual reports and the reports on payments to governments for 2022

OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the 2022 Annual Report of OMV Petrom S.A., prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority, as well as the 2022 Annual Report of OMV Petrom Group, including European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF"), are available on the company's website www.omvpetrom.com, section Investors > Publications > Annual Reports > 2022.

Also, the OMV Petrom's Reports on payments to governments for 2022, both consolidated and standalone, prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Order no. 2844/2016 approving the accounting regulations compliant with the International Financial Reporting Standards are available on the company's website, in the same section as indicated above.

Likewise, the 2022 Consolidated report on payments to governments of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, which includes OMV Petrom, is available on OMV Aktiengesellschaft's website www.omv.com, section Investors > Publications > Annual Reports > 2022.
