persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Ordinary shares of the Company of 25p each (Shares)

On 26 April 2023 the Company granted options to employees under the Close Brothers Group Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"). This grant of options over Shares under the Scheme included three Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"). The Company was also notified that a PDMR cancelled participation in a previous Scheme. The following notifications, made pursuant to Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
