Termination of Transaction Discussions with PET
Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN), the London Stock Exchange Standard listed company, announces it has informed Poseidon Enhanced Technologies Limited ("PET") of the formal termination of the Letter of Intent ("LOI"), first announced on 3 February 2021. As the period of exclusivity with PET had expired, no further obligations remain among the parties, although PET will remain a significant and supportive creditor of the Company given the financial assistance it has provided.
