Harworth 2019 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP")

The Company announces that on 17 April 2023 awards under the rules of the RSP (structured as nil-cost options) were granted to the individuals noted below. The RSP awards vest on a phased basis over a period of five years commencing with the Company's 2023 financial year, with one third of the RSP awards vesting following the end of the 2025, 2026 and 2027 financial years, and vested shares being subject to a holding period so that no shares can be sold until the end of the five-year period. The RSP awards are subject to performance underpins described in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report in its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
