The Company announces that on 17 April 2023 awards under the rules of the RSP (structured as nil-cost options) over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Awards") were granted to the individuals noted below.

The Awards will vest following the announcement of the Company's financial results for the year ending 31 December 2025 subject to continued employment and the satisfaction of an affordability underpin.
