JD Sports Fashion Plc ('JD') announces that Theresa Casey has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary of JD with effect from 11 April 2023. Theresa joined JD from the Open Banking Implementation Entity, where she was General Counsel, having previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at N Brown Group Plc for seven years until March 2022.
