The following amendments have been made to the Purchase of own shares announcement released on 06 April 2023 at 17.43 under RNS No 7013V.

In the second paragraph, the shares held in treasury was amended from 12,540,435 to 12,654,971.

And

In the third paragraph, the total voting rights in issue was amended from 21,184,523 to 21,069,987

All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has purchased 37,168 of its Ordinary shares at 216.00 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 33,724,958 Ordinary shares, of which 12,654,971 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 21,069,987 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
