Filing of initial accounts

The Board of NEOA announces that today the Company has filed financial statements for the period from 8 November 2021 (its date of incorporation) to 31 December 2022, comprising audited initial accounts, with Companies House, as indicated in the Company's announcement of 19 December 2022.

The initial accounts will be available shortly on the Company's website at: https://www.neoa.london/media-and-investors/default.aspx.

The Company's current accounting reference period ends on 30 April 2023, following which the Company will prepare and publish its annual financial report for the period from 8 November 2021 to 30 April 2023.

The Board is satisfied by the progress made in assessing opportunities and identifying a target company and believes it is well positioned to complete a Business Combination.
