Long Term Incentive Plan
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), the following awards (the "2023 Awards" or the "Awards") were granted on 6 April 2023.

The vesting date for the 2023 Awards is 6 April 2026, being the third anniversary of the award date. The 2023 Awards are in the form of nil cost options and vesting will be in accordance with performance conditions. No consideration is payable for the grant of an Award.
Deferred Bonus Share Plan
The Company announces that under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP"), the following awards (the "2023 DBSP Awards") were awarded on 6 April 2023.

The Company's remuneration policy provides that not less than 50% after tax of any annual bonus awarded to Executive Directors shall be deferred into an award of shares under the DBSP. The 2023 DBSP Awards are in the form of net bonus shares, i.e. shares issued to the Executive Directors which are subject to restrictions on transfer and a risk of forfeiture until they are released on 6 April 2026, being the third anniversary of the award date. There are no further performance conditions associated with this award. This is the third issue under the DBSP.
Duncan Magrath and Matthew White have informed the Company that they will, with the approval of the Remuneration Committee, transfer 51,996 and 33,601 shares respectively to their spouse for nil consideration.
