SuperSeed Capital, (AQSE: WWW), a Company established as a venture capital fund of funds for investments in early-stage artificial intelligence, and software companies, announces that it has issued 41,366 Ordinary Shares which were allotted and admitted to the Aquis Growth Market on 22 March 2023.

As a result of this share issuance, the total issued share capital of the Company is 2,365,606 Ordinary Shares.
