Change of Financial Year End

East Star Resources Plc (LSE:EST), which is defining mineral resources in Kazakhstan for the energy revolution, announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 November to 31 December. East Star's 2022 annual report (reflecting a 13-month period ended 31 December 2022 due to the change of financial year end) will be published prior to the end of April 2023. Thereafter, half-yearly and annual reports will be published each year for the six months to 30 June and 12 months to 31 December respectively.
