The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report") and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are being mailed to shareholders today.  The 2022 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/investor-relations/ and the Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/agm-information/.  The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 10 May 2023 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the 2022 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM will shortly be submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
