Share option exercise and sale to cover
Directors Dealings
Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group today confirmed recent share option exercise and sale to cover transactions by Executive Directors.
Following the publication of Informa's 2022 Annual Results, two of our Executive Directors (Group Finance Director, Gareth Wright and Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Martell) have exercised Long-Term Incentive Plan awards and, in the case of Gareth Wright, Deferred Share Bonus Plan awards.
Both Executive Directors sold shares to specifically cover the cost and income tax liabilities that become payable on the exercise of these share plans. The net remaining shares have been retained.
The notifications that follow are disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
