Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Jacqueline (Jackie) Hunt has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect and will therefore not be seeking re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2023. The Company would like to thank Jackie for her contribution while on the Board and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
