The Company has today posted or made available to shareholders the following documents:

-    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2022 (the '2022 Annual Report and Accounts');

-    Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ('AGM');

-    Form of Proxy for the AGM; and

-    Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.
