Directorate changes

Liontrust Asset Management Plc ("Liontrust" or the "Company"), the specialist independent fund management group, today announces that Non-executive Directors Emma Howard Boyd and Quintin Price have notified the Company of their decision to step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Liontrust is in the process of searching for new Non-executive Directors and will be providing a further update in due course.
