Full year 2022 results revised date

2022 outturn in line with trading update

Dignity plc today announces a revised date for the publication of its preliminary financial results for the 52 weeks ended 30 December 2022.

The company is finalising its financial reporting and, to give sufficient time for the related procedural requirements to be completed, the Group will now announce its results on 31 March 2023, a short delay to the previously planned release date of 29 March 2023.

The Board confirms that the 2022 outturn remains in line with that announced in the trading update provided on 23 January 2023.
