Chief Financial Officer Joins
Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, confirms, that further to the appointment announcement on 21 November 2022, Adam Phillips has now joined the Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer with effect from today.
In line with the previous appointment announcement, Adam does not hold any shares in Headlam, and there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
