2022 Annual Report

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that, further to its final results announcement on 8 March 2023, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 ('2022 Annual Report').

The 2022 Annual Report, and separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of AGM'), are available on the Company's website www.headlam.com, and being posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy. The Company will hold its AGM at 11.00am on Thursday, 25 May 2023 at its head office at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
