INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company announces that it was notified on March 15, 2023 of the following changes to the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') in the Ordinary Shares of $0.50 each in the Company ('Shares').

Following the vesting on March 9, 2023 of awards granted under the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan, the following PDMRs sold Shares in the Company at an average price of £14.78 per Share in the amounts set out below.  The beneficial interests in Shares held following these transactions is also shown below:
