ANNOUNCEMENT

Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (ex Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd) (the "Company") announces that Mr Kleanthis Chandriotis has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company because of undertaking other duties within the Laiki Bank Group. The Company thanks Mr Chandriotis for the valuable services he offered to the Company for a number of years.

The Company also announces that its Board of Directors elected Messrs Miltiades Michaelas, Michalis Xiouros, and Stelios Hadjiosif as its new Members. It then elected Mr Michaelas as Non Executive Chairman and Mr Xiouros as Managing Director of the Company and appointed the Members of the Committees as follows:

Audit Committee: Odysseas Christodoulou – Chairman, Stelios Panayides, Andreas Pourgouras, Stelios Hadjiosif – Members

Compensation Committee: Stelios Panayides – Chairman, Odysseas Christodoulou, Andreas Pourgouras – Members

Nomination Committee: Miltiades Michaelas – Chairman, Andreas Pourgouras, Stelios Hadjiosif – Members

Additionally, the Board of Directors appointed Ms Georghia Danou as its new Secretary and Officer responsible for Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code and Stockbroking matters of the Company, in replacement of Mr Stelios Hadjiosif.
