Indicative results 2012

At the meeting held on February 25, 2013, the Board of Directors of Agros Development "Proodos" Public Company Ltd examined and approved the indicative results for the year ended December 31, 2012.

The results together with the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspaper "Simerini" on 28 February 2013.
