ANNOUNCEMENT

Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (ex Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd) (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors approved the Preliminary Financial Results of the Group, where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary. Laiki Financial Services Limited, for the year ended December 31, 2012, which are hereby attached.

Extract of the Preliminary Financial Results of the Group will be published in the newspaper "Simerini" on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. The Preliminary Financial Results will not be sent to the shareholders, but the interested investors could obtain, free of charge, copy of the entire text of them at the Company's offices, 26 Byron Avenue, Laiki Capital House, 1096 Nicosia. The Preliminary Financial Results are also available on the Company's website, www.laikifs.com and on website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).

Additionally, the Company, in accordance to article 127B(4) of the Companies Law, Cap.113, as amended, announces that the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders will take place on June 19, 2013.
