We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today 29th of March 2013, examined and approved the audited results for the financial year 2012.
The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting will be on the 27th of May 2013, at the company's headquarters in Nicosia.
The recommendation of the Board of Directors to the General Meeting is that no dividend to be paid for the year 2012.
