Subject: For the information of Investors in view of recent and on going developments

With reference to the circular of the Cyprus Stock Exchange dated 28 March 2013, regarding the decisions of Eurogroup, we wish to inform the Investors that the situation has adversely affected the turnover of the Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc Group, but at this stage we consider that it is too early to evaluate the real effect on the business.

We hope that soon things will be become clearer and clarified because today there is a lot of confusion and uncertainly in the market, a fact which adversely affects all businesses including ours.
