The company Kerverus Holding IT Plc. Announces ΟΝ execution relating to the circular of the CSE March 28, 2013 No. 04-2013 that: Not any impact of the economic downturn on the financial records of the company in details:

• We do not keep any accounts in the Cypriot banks, "Bank of Cyprus" and "Popular Bank".

• There is no effect on portfolios of securities.
• Turnover is not expected to be affected negatively.
