According to the CSE's directive of March 28, 2013 No. 04-2013, ECHMI SA - Investment Consultants, announce that:

• There is no impact in the financial results of the company, due to the economic downturn

• There is no impact on available, because there are no company accounts in Cyprus Banks "Bank of Cyprus" and "LAIKI Bank"

• There has been no exposure on portfolios of securities.
• The turnover won't be affected.

Our company believes that the current situation is temporary and will not have negative effects on the development of our company. The activity of ECHMI SA occurs mainly within the Greek territory, in a relatively smooth economic environment.
