Sirs.

Information for the investors due to the recent and current developments

Further to our Announcement of 28/3/2013, regarding the above subject we would like to inform you that in paragraph 2, we stated that our company with the restructuring of the Bank of Cyprus, our company was expected to lose around €450.000 from its cash flow. That was according to the 37.5%.

If finally the restructuring of the Bank of Cyprus from 37.5% become to 60%, then our company will lose around €750.000 from its cash flow.
