Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Interfund Investments Plc, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη και το σημερινό περιβάλλον, αποφάσισε όπως αρχίσει διαδικασίες ώστε να μετατραπεί η Εταιρεία σε Διεθνές Συλλογικό Επενδυτικό Σγέδιο. Οι διαδικασίες αυτές αναμένεται να πάρουν κάποιο χρόνο μέχρι την συμπλήρωσή τους και την εξασφάλιση των απαιτούμενων εγκρίσεων. Σκοπός των ενεργειών είναι η παροχή ευχέρειας πραγμάτευσης των μετοχών της Εταιρείας κατ' αντιστοιχία προς την εκάστοτε Εσωτερική τους Αξία κατά τρόπο που θα ρυθμίζεται από την Εταιρεία.

Πληροφοριακά σας αναφέρουμε ότι η σημερινή Εσωτερική Αξία της μετοχής είναι 17,31 σεντς.

Η Εταιρεία θα προβαίνει σε περιοδικές ενημερώσεις ανάλογα με την εξέλιξη του ζητήματος.

Announcement

The Board of Directors of Interfund Investments Plc, taking also into account the present environment, has resolved to commence procedures for the Company to become an International Collective Investment Scheme. These procedures are expected to take some time up to their completion and the securing of the required approvals. The object of this course of action is to enable the transaction of the shares of the Company in consonance with their Net Asset Value, in a manner that shall be regulated by the Company.

For your information we would like to let you know that today the Net Asset Value of the shares is 17,31 cents.

The Company will, from time to time, provide information in line with any developments on the issue.
